Who We Are
Julie has owned her Lassen Drive cabin, Nana’s Nook, for 10 years She’s an avid Quilter, and you might find her stitching away anytime of the year. She lives in Brentwood, and Cold Springs is a perfect getaway place for family and friends.
Debbie Elliff has been cabin owner since 1983 with her now-deceased husband, John Elliff, retired CDF fire chief. She now lives in Santa Cruz with her current husband (3 years), Mick Furlong, also a retired firefighter. She has three grown sons who have fond memories of spending summers and winters at their family cabin.
Stacy lives in Cold Springs any time there isn't too much snow on the ground. And, even then, she doesn't go far to her full-time residence in Sonora.
You'll see her on hiking trails all over Tuolumne County with her dog, Buffy. Or relaxing on the front deck with her husband, Rich Henderson.
Dave was introduced to the area in 1963. His “Family built” cabin started in 1973. You'll find Dave sailing, skiing, biking, and hiking throughout the Stanislaus National Forest. He is a Retired Fireman.
Jason, a founding member of CSPOA, lived full-time in Cold Springs at his home on Shasta Drive. He learned about some of the secrets of Cold Springs from his
long-time neighbor Yvonne.
Don & Arlene Rosenbaum have been part-time residents of Cold Springs since August 1986. Don is a founding member of the Cold Springs Property Owners Association when formed in 1999. He has continued to serve in various board positions with the goal of keeping Cold Springs a tranquil, beautiful, mountain environment for all property owners. Their four married adult children and ten grandchildren all enjoy both summer and winter visits to the cabin.
