Welcome to the Cold Springs Property Owners Association Website.

Cold Springs is located at 5,630 feet, in the Sonora Pass of the Sierras. It is the gateway to the High Sierra, including the beautiful Emigrant Wilderness, Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.

The mission of the Association is to represent and promote the highest interests of  property owners and to provide property owners the information they need to  responsibly use, preserve and protect the quality of life that is the essence of Cold  Springs and our common interest in it.

This site was developed to:

• Provide a convenient location where property owners and their family, friends and guests can find information about the surrounding area;
• Provide a strong communications between the property owners and the Board members of the Association;
• Provide awareness of County, zoning, water, and Forest Service issues.
