I think the revised draft has several apparent typos.

The early Summary paragraph says “increase in gross annual revenues of $73,471 or 35.44%, over current rates”.

Finding #1 in the draft says “increase its water rates by $84,610 or 41.34%” which is unchanged from the first draft.

It seems that all of the numbers in Appendix A are identical to those in the the first draft.

I sent Michael Miller (PUC) a note asking about them, and oddly no reply yet. I suspect there will be another revision.

My mistake; not a typo. $84,610 more revenue was requested by CSW while the draft res. proposes giving them $73,471 more revenue.

The reason the numbers in Appendix A are identical to the first draft is, apparently because the PUC estimates that the very different rate design will produce the same amount of revenue.
